What is Diving?

Diving is considered one of the most exciting underwater sports. Divers discover the beauty of underwater world. To stay underwater the divers usually use a cylinder of compressed air. The underwater time ranges from 20 minutes to 60+ minutes. But it's actually depends on the experience and skills of the diver. It's quite easy to learn diving. If you have an experienced instructor, he or she can get you to the point that you can breathe underwater in less than 20 minutes.

So why do we need week long certification course? or Why do we find costly and lengthy diving courses? It's actually related to your independence! How? Basic learners always depend on their trainers. But if you want freedom and want to dive independently, you need higher certification! Thus we can also get the ability to train others.

underwater life and the challenges you face there are totally different than the surface. You have to deal with environmental factors including currents and waves. The more you descent the more the pressure which confronts you with health related risks. So you must know how the operate the equipment you have and their use functions. But if you can follow the basic guidelines, diving is always safe and with an extremely low risk factor. That's why most of the diving courses focus on the techniques and skills that are needed to assure your comfort, safety and health while you are diving.

Different levels of diving courses are designed for different level of needs and requirements. Beginners level diving courses are usually designed for the first time divers. They dive with the direct help of the instructors. In that stage divers learn how to enjoy diving under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Next levels are designed to provide you with independence for some circumstances, but not for all. At this level you enjoy more freedom. Advanced level courses are designed to set you FREE.
